The park is renowned for its commitment to conservation and education, ensuring that every visitor learns about the natural world while enjoying the spectacle.
Beyond the drive-through safari, the park features a bustling foot safari area that is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Here, you can get closer to smaller animals such as lemurs and penguins, or enjoy a sea lion demonstration at the popular daily shows. It is a highly interactive environment that brings you closer to nature in a safe and engaging way.
Families will find plenty to keep everyone entertained throughout the day, with numerous play areas and picnic spots scattered around the grounds. The mix of roaming animals, structured animal encounters, and active play zones makes it a well-rounded destination that caters to all ages, from toddlers to grandparents.
Practical tips for a seamless visit include checking the park's website before you set off, especially during the winter months, as seasonal opening times can vary. Try to arrive early to beat the queues for the drive-through, and remember to keep your car windows closed when you are in the lion and bear enclosures! A little bit of planning goes a long way in ensuring you get the most out of this wild day out.
